The store is extremely due for overhaul, update and be reorganized. The fresh produce section directly upon entering the store is terribly unappealing and has a lack of selections and variety. The staff I encounter are at least in my opinion wonderful and patient. Nothing short of charismatic and warm. I think that there is a good amount of TLC due. But as mentioned in the above phrases, the staff are top Knoch.

The cashier told my (adult) friend not to swear because he's on camera, which was hilarious. (It wasn't directed at her he was joking with his friend, it was closing time and there were no children around). Anyways the juice I bought from the fridge has been expired for 2 weeks.

I never thought there would be any reason to review a grocery store because c’mon, it’s a grocery store. They all sell basically the same things but this place is brutal. Expensive and ALWAYS ALWAYS takes forever to get out of there. And once you get to pay the cashiers just seem to be the most unhappy people on earth. Go to Metro in Waterloo or Bromont.

Many times caught them misplacing the prices or announcing lower price on items that you will pay higher on the cashier. This week the Hass Avocados 5 units price was 1.99$, went to pay, charged 5.99$ or 4.99$, told the cashier to remove it. She said it's Avocados Bio that is 1.99$. When I went to check back, the price was correct 1.99$ for Avocados Hass 5 Units and the Bio one was 2.99$ instead of 1.99$ that was on the flyer. I told the cashier to correct the prices as both types of avocados had wrong prices. She called the manager who came to check the prices, for Hass Avocado 5 units, she said its a wrong avocado you have to check the UPC code on it ( little numbers that you need a magnifying glass to read!). Customers do not check UPC code, they check prices on the items! People working there are nice, but prices, watch out what you pay with what you think you will pay ,as already they are very expensive! Below pics for both type of Avocados, Week Oct 1 to 7. if this IGA has a Customer service, they should answer to this comment!!

Many times now, we really need to go quick in and out, but the store locks it's doors 15-20 minutes before the actual closing time. And we get dirty looks from the person behind the doors. I'm sorry for the workers who are actually nice in the store, but this is just not pleasant or respectful.
